FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS:
- Would be processed within 24 hours and shipping will be done through reputed domestic courier company.
- Product will be delivered in 3 to 7 working days.
- Once the products are shipped from our location, we will send you the Shipment details (Airway number/docket number) through email.
- The courier will attempt delivery once at your specified shipping address, before they inform us that your package is not deliverable.
- Thou we will try to make sure that product reaches you on time at the same time,we are not responsible for any environmental delay
- We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
- The duties, octroi and taxes are not a part of the customer's payment made to us. The duties, octroi and taxes charges are to be bared by the customer to receive the goods and the charges may vary from state to state based on States law.
- To ensure safe delivery of all products, the same are double packed in waterproof and corrugated box.
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- The orders would be processed within 3-5 Working days and shipping through International courier company.
- The International shipping is based on request basis. Write to sales@bmsilks.com to get quote for shipping to particular country and will be based on weight of the shipment.
- Your Order will be delivered based on the logistic terms and condition.
- We will send you the Shipper's reference number (air way bill / docket number) along with the courier company details through e mail.
- You can track the status of your package through the courier's website or by contacting their local customer service centre.
- The courier will attempt delivery at your specified shipping address, before they inform us that your package is not deliverable.
- We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the goods to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
- Kindly note that if there are any customs or duties applicable for the ordered items, it would be billed separately to the customer by the courier company at the time of delivery.

CUSTOMS CLEARNCE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- Any additional taxes, import duties or customs charges levied in this process will be borne by customer.
- Customer is liable to pay the carrier for those charges in such cases.
- Hope you would be aware of the laws and regulations governing the import of goods in the country where you want the items to be shipped.
