Colour Codes:
The Colour may vary from screen resolution. we strive hard in taking professional pics and assist by sending daylight pics too. We have taken utmost care to reproduce the actual colors of the apparel to digital format with the highest quality possible within the technical limitations. But we recommend our customers to be advised that the actual reproduction of colours on your screen/monitor may slightly vary due to brightness and contrast settings, or colour profiles used.
Goods Cancellation and Exchange:
- Goods once sold will not be taken back. We do not entertain any cancellations of orders as soon as the payment is made.
In the rare eventuality you wish to exchange a product, please be guided by the following:
- Write to us at sales@bmsilks.com in case of an exchange, with complete information – order details, the reason behind your intention to exchange the product. This should be done within 24 hours from the date of receiving the products for us to assess, validate and accept or decline an exchange
- Please write to us on sales@bmsilks.com before shipping of the product. 3% Payment Gateway Charges will be deducted from the purchase if requested for an exchange.
- Acceptance of Exchange is denied to situations such as deviation in colours in the received product from what is shown in the website as we strive hard in taking professional pics and assist by sending daylight pics too.
- Sarees that have been altered, laundered or worn will not be exchanged.
- Sarees that have the blouse portion cut, tasselled will not be Exchanged.
- If you have requested saree tassel / blouse detachment services to your purchased saree, exchanges are not permitted

- Shipping charges for all Exchange will be borne by the customer. We will not refund the custom duties & taxes, if applicable, or paid by you at time of receiving the goods.
- Any complaint with regards to damage or stains or any other should be reported to us within 24 hrs of the receipt of the products. We may ask for a digital picture of the same in order to review the same.

Quality Control has always been of prime importance to us. It is the driving force behind our success. Stringent quality control methods are followed to ensure high quality standards. Every fold of every garment is checked to make sure that it satisfies our customers.

- Avoid keeping silk sarees in polythene bags and cardboards boxes for more than seven days.
- Store the sarees wrapping it with soft cotton cloth.
